Gardiner's first role at Bethesda Unfit Studios was as a lead producer on Obliviousness's ten DLC packs, including the disreputable Equus caballus Armor DLC. He was a producer along Side effect 3, and a confidential information manufacturer along that game's DLC, to a fault. His credits also include senior producer happening Skyrim, go producer on Fallout 4, and last atomic number 2's worked as project cozen Fallout 76.

While Fallout 76 launched in a poor state (Todd Howard said "on that point was really little we didn't screw up") Gardiner and the team take managed to steer it in the right direction, with regular content updates adding some neat stuff. Actual characters you can speak to, for example, were a much-required and well-received addition in the Wastelanders expansion.

As for what's next for Gardiner, while his original tweet said to "stay keyed" that was likely a character reference to whoever ends astir attractive his role running Fallout 76, which has another expansion planned for 2022. In answer to a user along Chitter asking about his next move, Gardiner wrote "I have no immediate plans right now. Attractive some clip to ruminate."
